Was great to have all my kindergarten kidos visit the library this week! We got to meet Marion and learn about book care and the best places to read our library book at home. We covered a few basic library rules and saw a few sick books, which made us sad. I am looking forward to next week when my kindergarten kidos will check out books! And rumor has it we will have a surprise visitor!!!

Well summer vacation has officially come to an end. But I can't wait to meet 400 plus smiling new faces who will enter the library door! The adventures that await and the characters we will meet in the library this year will surely be memorable!

Hope you have been enjoying your summer and doing a lot of summer reading, I have!

Hola from Mexico! We have started out last journey of the year. We are finally back in North America. What fun journeys we have had and learned a lot of interesting facts along the way!

What fun we had in France this week! We were artist and read Bridget's Beret by Tom Lichtenheld. Wonder where our journey will take us next?

Bon Jour, France is a wonderful place to visit. We saw very interesting places, animals and games, and learned interesting facts about France. Can't wait for more of France next week!

We wrapped up our Australia trip by learning about kangaroos and actually getting to touch a kangaroo skin. We traveled around the island with Mem Fox in Possum Magic. A fun way to end our trip.
